Voted Realtor of the Year in Santa Maria, and a past President of the Santa Maria Association of Realtors, Wendy is a well-rounded, successful businesswoman who strongly believes in professional accountability and personal relationships. She entered the real estate industry 24 years ago and has successfully utilized her sales and marketing skills to assist buyers and sellers in over 1,200 real estate transactions. In managing the overall transaction, her team is skilled and efficient. She is very proud of the fact that she lives, works and raised her children here as well.
